I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations.

  • I agree to check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.
  • I agree to disclose any medical condition to the baby sleep consultant which my baby has.
  • I agree with the information surrounding my baby to be used in case studies, please note that no identifying information will be used, and all names will be changed.
  • I agree to pay the invoice 72 hours prior to the consultation date and acknowledge that if the invoice hasn’t been paid that my customized sleep plan will not be written.
  • Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled consult date will only be refunded 50% of the fee.
  • I understand that refunds will not be given once a consult has taken place and a personalized sleep plan has been created by The Sleep Mantra, unless otherwise agreed to and at the sole discretion of The Sleep Mantra. If the client chooses not to pursue the sleep plan and notifies The Sleep Mantra of their choice at the time of the consultation, the follow-up support amount of fee may be refunded. If the client chooses to delay beginning the plan after the consult and sleep plan creation, no refunds will be provided. If the client chooses to begin the sleep plan more than one (1) month after the plan was created, re-evaluation and amendment of the sleep plan, at the client’s cost, might be necessary.
  • I understand that my customized sleep plan is meant for my baby/child and I only and should not be shared with a third party
  • Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and we at The Sleep Mantra only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.
  • The Sleep Mantra will endeavor to respond to any correspondence or missed telephone calls within 24 hours. A detailed summary of support is included in each sleep plan and is available by request at any other time.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to schedule all calls related to support. These will take place at a mutually agreed time.
  • If The Sleep Mantra does not hear from you for a period, or if you miss a pre-arranged call, The Sleep Mantra will assume that all is going well, and no support is required.
  • The Sleep Mantra reserves the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions from time to time and without warning.
